i)
$$ \begin{aligned} & h=\frac{\frac{13}{5}}{2 \cdot \frac{9}{80}}=\frac{104}{9} \\ & k=\frac{0-\left(\frac{13}{5}\right)^2}{4 \cdot \frac{9}{80}}=\frac{676}{45} \\ & \frac{9}{80} x^2-\frac{13}{5} x=\frac{9}{80}\left(x-\frac{104}{9}\right)^2+\frac{676}{45} \end{aligned} $$
ii) 所求为顶点横坐标， $h=\frac{104}{9}$
iii) 令$\frac{9}{80} x^2-\frac{13}{5} x=-(15-8)$
即 $9 x^2-208 x+560=0$
$$ (9 x-28)(x-20)=0 $$
得 $x=\frac{28}{9}$ 或20．从而 $p=20$ 。
